Can only appear and be picked up while holding Broken Orb, and be converted from an item pedestal.

Alternatively, it can spawn from champion enemies and bosses when having Birthright as Tarnished Lost.

Grants a Holy Mantle shield and 1 pip of charge to Divine Remnants on pickup.

Has no effect as any other character than Tarnished Lost and cannot naturally appear.
